You'll be provided with an opportunity to work with educators of various qualifications (including degree qualified Early Childhood Teachers) and with children aged 0-6 years.

Who Are Our Students?
Prospective students include:
Current Directors, Assistant Directors, Administrative Staff and/or Room Leaders within the Early Childhood industry who do not have a leadership and management qualification.
Children’s services professionals, who are currently working in the industry and who wish to develop skills and knowledge in leadership and management to enhance their performance and career prospects in the children’s service industry.
Administrative or management staff who are currently working in support roles in a children’s services context who wish to develop skills and knowledge in leadership and management to enhance their performance and career prospects in the children’s service industry.
